We have TOT and we are not happy with the quality of the service - a lot of outages, slow data rates, etc. We were thinking of switching to 3BB. Then one of my wife's friends came over to use our internet because hers was down. She has 3BB and after the two women finished comparing notes, as unhappy as we are TOT, my wife's friend is switching FROM 3BB TO TOT.

This must tell you something.

Rick...let me say...i "lived" with TOT from April 2005 until Nov. 2008 and thank the Internet God every day for sending TT&T my way...TOT for me was down as much as it was up...My complaints were so numerous, they even knew me in BKK at their call desk on a first name basis and I had the personal phone number of one of their technicians that used to come to my home to fix things...I would by-pass TOT altogether, because calling them would mean outages of up to a week or more...For the past 17 months I have had very very very few interuptions in my ADSL service for no more than an hour or so...However, I wanted to keep the phone I had, since they didn't have a cordless model, and this required some program changes in BKK that left me with some temporary problems that were finally worked out over a couple of weeks...Apparently I was the guinea pig for their digital phone service from an OEM, but they got their problems all worked out...Now for the bad news...I experienced my first long term outage, about 4 hours, yesterday, but all is well again...I just hope they don't evolve into another TOT...By the way, the digital phone that came from TT&T with my installation worked fine...They just needed to work out the bugs with OEM phones.....Frank

Another satisfied customer of TT&T. In the 1 and 1/2 year I have been them--no problem. Part of the reason is probably because I live in a relatively new Muban with better access lines (ADSL) to their pick-up point (router). Sometimes, downloads are a little slower but that is probably because of gateway congestions from Thailand to the U.S. where most of the servers (including Udonmap) I access are located.
