Yeah, if you hit Makro just as the boat comes in you can find some of the freshest produce around and a wide variety as well. When I see the really fresh honest to goodness lemons I buy a big sack. I take 'em home and squeeze the juice from about 80% of 'em and freeze the juice in ice cube trays. After they are frozen I put the cubes in a zip lock bag and use when needed. Each cube from my tray equals two tablespoons of juice. Finding fresh lemons in Udon can be a real hit or miss process.
