As can be seen from this web site the IP address that Maureenbabe used is a little popular at the moment. All 3 of them appear to originate in Indonesia but who knows where they actually are...

You cannot hide an IP wazza, but there are plenty of 'phantom' IP providers out there on the net.
They supply you with an IP address other than your own, in a variety of different ways.
Officially, in Thailand, it is illegal to mask your IP in this way. However as (in this case) the address would appear to be from outside Thailand & the server is in the USA I guess there is zilch Thai authorities can do about it.
