Looking for good steaks

I've had good luck with Western Wholesale hamburger.....sold at the new Ngeesoon and elsewhere in Udon.

Tops' is mostly good, but there are days when the hamburger doesn't look all that fresh. Made me wonder if they're grinding their unsold beef from the shelves.
