All it takes is a little bribe for the saam law driver (40 baht, maybe?) and he might allow you to take over his carriage for the big race. Have your buddies do the same and, "THEY'RE OFF !!" May the best (most sober?) man win. The saam laws are not as easy to handle as you might think, especially after 10 or 12 Singha leks. Later generations than mine have kept the tradition going as Papguido related to us in the other forum. Damage the saam law and it will cost you extra, right?
