One good thing about the hurricanes at least there good for a few days off from work

Sitting here in Melbourne just 7 miles from the coast waiting to see what Emily made of.

Polehawk I'd like to hear more saam law race...I just love street racing :twisted:

That is a good on Jimbo. Wish it was the reason butit causes them a lot of headaches also.

I wish we did get off a few days but most we get off is usuall 12 hours and then we get to work 18 hour days to clean up. huricanes suck.

Saam law (sarm lor?) racing? lol. Well, once upon a time...... :chat:

All it takes is a little bribe for the saam law driver (40 baht, maybe?) and he might allow you to take over his carriage for the big race. Have your buddies do the same and, "THEY'RE OFF !!" May the best (most sober?) man win. The saam laws are not as easy to handle as you might think, especially after 10 or 12 Singha leks. Later generations than mine have kept the tradition going as Papguido related to us in the other forum. Damage the saam law and it will cost you extra, right?
