Restaurants in Khon Kaen

I'm sure I'll have no problems finding good Thai food in Khon Kaen, however does anyone know where I can find good farang restaurants in Khon Kaen? Thanks.

Kiwi Cafe (west side on Beung Kaen Lake) serves good western food. Also Black Canyon coffee (fairy plaza) has a reasonable selection of steaks and other western food.

You can also try the Kosa Steak house opposite Oasis Plaza or S&P inside the Oasis plaza next to Starbucks coffee shop.
