I saw on Home Cable TV that UdonStar Hotel, "a new Boutique Hotel" are advertising for staff. Anybody know the whereabots of this establishment?

Nice Pictures ! I looked at the Location Map and it would seem if you come out of the complex turn left and go to the end of the Street and turn left again it should be on the left hand side just a Door or Two along that Road. It's been over a year since I was back, but I can only remember Shop fronts in that area. Can some one update me on this one ?

Yes, you are almost spot on Aa. It is just about directly opposite where Soi Sauce joins Wattana Nuwong road - just about opposite The Ice Bar.
If my usually good memory serves me correctly, it is owned by a French man (who's name escapes me at the minute - he did start up a Anglo/French version of Udonmap a couple of years ago that ran for a couple of issues). It has been a bar & a gym/fitness centre under his stewardship & I think he turned it into a Hotel about 18 months ago.
Again, if memory is good, a friend of his was heavily pushing the place (anonymously & for free :( ) on the Forum about a year ago. I think then the rooms were dearer though (1,000 a night ??).
Personally I will say the same now as then.....if I wanted to stop around that area for 850 a night then The Clock is the only real option. It you want to stay for cheap & clean then The Top Mansion will take some beating at about 350 a night.
